At Minako, the chef’s selection guides the experience. At the chef’s table, sushi, sashimi and small dishes are served directly from the chef’s knife, creating a personal and dynamic dinner where guests can follow each serving up close.

The menu is built on traditional Japanese techniques and carefully selected ingredients, allowing the flavors to speak for themselves. Soy sauce and wasabi are added directly by the chef according to Japanese tradition, ensuring every piece is served exactly as intended.
