A Middle Eastern gem in Södermalm

Since 1997, Elie’s has been located at Katarina Bangata 71 — just a stone’s throw from Ringvägen — serving Stockholmers and visitors well-prepared food made with love and carefully selected ingredients. Over the years, the restaurant has evolved and today offers authentic Lebanese cuisine with Swedish influences, in a setting where cozy décor and a family-friendly atmosphere make guests feel at home.

Food where tradition meets innovation

Elie’s is a family-run restaurant, founded and managed by Elie Lteif and his wife Sussi, who work in the kitchen and dining area alongside a dedicated staff. The restaurant draws on the thousand-year-old culinary traditions of Lebanon while blending classic dishes with modern touches. Inspired by trips to Lebanon, the menu is kept lively and varied, with the ambition to offer some of the best Lebanese food in Stockholm.

Meze for all tastes – with care in every dish

At Elie’s, meze takes center stage: a wide selection of cold and hot small dishes covers meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan options — from hummus, tabbouleh, baba ghanouge, and fattoush to crispy falafel and rakakat. For those who want to try a bit of everything, tasting menus are available, and for those seeking something more substantial, main courses are also offered. The combination of bold spices, fresh vegetables, smooth sauces, and crispy accompaniments makes every meal flavorful and enjoyable.
